Unique Characters: Scales on nape absent or small and crowded, giving a mirror-like appearance. Broad head with rounded snout and upward-directed eye. Dorsal profile from head to caudal fin relatively straight. Black triangular wedge present on base of caudal fin. Breeding males have orange fins.
