Chromis scotti
Unique Characters: Dorsal-fin spines 13. Preopercular margin entire. Teeth conical in 2-4 rows. Upper and lower edges of caudal-fin base with 2 or 3 projecting spines sometimes inconspicuous. Adults bluish green to grayish blue with few to many bright blue spots on scales. Blue spots may blend to form V-shape on snout. Eyes always blue to bright blue crescent. Pectoral fins always transparent.
