Unique Characteristics: Pectoral fin absent. Posterior nostril on head above anterior margin of eye. 11-16 pores along upper jaw. Snout 1.8-2.8 in head. No fleshy proboscis at tip of snout. 4-6 pores in supraorbital canal.
