Uropterygius macularius

Unique Characters: Dorsal and anal fins restricted to and visible only near tail tip. Tail about 1/2 total length. Anus near midbody. Jaws not elongate. Snout moderate. Eye above midjaw. Body variably uniform or patterned. No pore adjacent to posterior nostril.
