Inland Silverside Menidia beryllina. Silver mid-lateral stripe. Snout about as long as eye diameter and rounded when viewed from above. Scales relatively large and outlined with black. Origin of first dorsal fin forward of origin of the anal fin. Anal rays usually 18 or fewer. Not reported from Lake Waccamaw.
